SHIPPING POLICY

We charge $6.95 flat rate ground shipping for all orders below $35 for any U.S. destination. For international destinations, shipping charges may vary for the Next day week’s delivery (Air Services) and 2-3 business days (Ground Service).

We offer free shipping to 50 U.S. states for orders over $50, Canada for orders over $150, and the rest of the world for orders over $200.

We use USPS and UPS to ship our products.

It normally takes 2-7 business days for U.S. domestic orders. Transit time may vary for international orders.

MY TRACKING SAYS “DELIVERED, ” BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE.

• Please wait up to 72 hours for the package to be delivered. Sometimes, carriers will show “delivered” when the package arrives at the local facility.
• In some cases, your package may be delivered to your neighbors. Please check with your neighbors before contacting us.
• If you do not receive your order after 72 hours and you have checked the package with your neighbors, you can:
• Please purchase Route shipping insurance with your order; please submit a claim here directly.
• Please also note that claims for packages marked “delivered” must be filed after 5 days and 15 days from the date the package was marked “delivered.” Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not “delivered”) must be filed after 7 (20 for international) days and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
• If you have not purchased Route shipping insurance with your order, please reach out to us via email at orders@originaltenderhead.com or our website address. We will do our best to help, but Tender Head is not responsible for orders that are damaged or lost during transit. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Customer satisfaction is the No.1 priority at TENDER HEAD. If our products do not meet your expectation, please let us know. We love to hear feedback and provide you with a satisfactory solution.

Our Return Policy

You can return any eligible items within 30 days of the original ship date. A full refund will be issued within 7 days after the return is received.

• To be eligible for a return, items must not be excessively used (at least 80% left) or purchased at other retailers.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns on Items received after 30 days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Our Exchange Policy

You can exchange any eligible items within 30 days of the original ship date.

• To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. 
• We reserve the right to refuse exchanges on Items received after 30 days.

FROM THE FOUNDER

I created The Original Tender Head because I am Tender Headed, LOL. After getting my hair done a number of times and sitting in the chair in pain, I decided to come up with an all-natural product to help ease the pain, and I did it!!!.  No one should have to go through what I have gone through all of my life being tender headed.   Plus, Tender Head is not just for the pain. It is a really good product to keep your hair growing and healthy.
